Launch Windows 10 Mail.
Scroll down and select the ‘Advanced Setup’ option

Then select the ‘Internet Email’ option

This will then bring you through to a page where you need to enter the following information.
Email address: Your Wi-Manx email address
Username: Your specific Username (WMNXXXXX-X) that can be found on the customer portal or by contacting our support team.
Password: The password you have set for your email address
Account: Desired Name for the Windows Mail Account

Sending Messages: Usually your first name
Incoming email server: webmail.manxbroadband.com
Account Type: IMAP4
Outgoing email server: webmail.manxbroadband.com

Make sure the four boxes and the bottom of the screen are ticked, then select ‘Sign in’.

When you see this page confirming your account is set up, select ‘Done’ and you can now send and receive emails using Windows 10 Mail.
